HEART Collective

is expanding and we're looking for a registered Counsellor or Clinical Psychologist to join us as a permanent employee delivering support under the ACC Sensitive Claims Service.

About You :

NZAC or equivalent registered counsellor

ACC SCS approved counsellor

Experienced with ACC Sensitive Claims (2+ years preferred)

Confident in working with trauma, including sexual abuse and complex presentations

Committed to ethical practice and collaborative care

Skilled in report writing, record-keeping, and meeting deadlines

Competent with Microsoft Word, email

A team player who values communication, reflection, and continuous growth

What We Offer :

Hours negotiable, with potential to grow

In-person sessions in a well-resourced Hamilton location

Pro-rata salary $75,000-103,000
