Overview

Are you a builder looking to get off the tools? We are seeking a motivated, professional builder to oversee building projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgets, timelines and resources.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Monitoring progress and providing regular project updates

Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

What we\'re looking for

A qualified builder looking to move away from the tools, but flexible, as you will need to be on the tools roughly once a week

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Strong communication and negotiation ability

Knowledge of NZ building standards and compliance

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
