About the Role : Working 32 hours per fortnight in Palmerston North Wakeover Shift working every Wednesday and Thursday 22.50pm until 7am the following day.

We're Looking For Someone With :

  • A Passion for People : Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people
  • Driver Licence : A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
  • Empathy & Understanding : An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles.
  • Team Player : Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset.
  • Practical Skills : The ability to carry out personal cares, including showering and dressing.
  • Previous Experience : Lived or work experience in disability and or mental health or other health sector
  • Relevant Qualification (or commitment to obtain) : A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust.
