We’re looking for a highly capable Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our Auckland team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving organisational change, and delivering projects that improve how our people, systems, and operations work together.

About the Role

Working across allbusiness functions — including operations, digital, customer, IT, HR and finance — you’ll help deliver initiatives that support Wilson Parking NZ’s strategic priorities. While the role reports into Digital, its scope is fully cross-functional.

You’ll turn ideas into reality by analysing how we work today, designing smarter future-state processes, and ensuring improvements are embedded and sustained. Projects will span operational excellence, digital transformation, systems optimisation, and people & culture change.

What You’ll Do

Project Management

• Lead projects from initiation to completion
• Drive timelines, budgets, quality and accountability
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies
• Identify and mitigate risks early
• Provide clear reporting to support decision-making

Business Analysis

Change Enablement & Delivery

About You
