We are seeking an assistant teacher of English to commence at the start of Term 1, 2026 (Wednesday, 28 January 2026) or by negotiation.

Responsibilities

Teach English to students in Years 7–15 / wharekura as a certificated teacher.

Engage students and support achievement within a high-performing, well-resourced faculty.

Contribute to the school's co-curricular life and culture.

participate in induction and ongoing professional development, wellbeing initiatives, and leadership pathways where appropriate.

Qualifications

Qualified English teacher for Secondary (Years 7–15) and wharekura.

Demonstrated commitment to student engagement and achievement.
