We're Hiring Business Development Manager | Remote | Flexible Hours

About the Role :

We are seeking sales-oriented professionals to support AI training in customer communication, persuasion, and negotiation scenarios. You will review AI-generated responses to sales-related prompts and provide feedback for improving clarity, tone, and impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate AI responses to simulated sales and client interactions.
Provide feedback on empathy, clarity, and commercial reasoning.
Suggest improvements for persuasive communication and user intent.
Collaborate with reviewers to maintain consistent quality standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or related field.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in sales or account management preferred.
