You will also : Manage targets and sales figuresMotivate, mentor and lead a teamImplement self-starter promotions and new business initiativesManage and maintain appropriate stock levelsBe the glue that holds the counter together.About You : We are seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to join our team who has : Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targetsA passion for all things Beauty, in particular skincare and helping our customers feel great about themselvesA certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy would be advantageousGreat time management, problem solving and communication skillsExperience managing a small team would also be an advantage.This position is full time and involves working on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday roster.Your Benefits - What's in it for you?
