Description
Seeking an experienced Store Manager for Challenge Dobson.
For the position of Store Manager, you will be required to work for a minimum of 30-40 hours per week and the pay rate would be $28.00-$32.00 per hour or more. The main duties would be as follows :
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and the site.Supervise the staff and ensure the staff covers their working hours.Maintain good relations with the customers and ensure that the staff is aware of good customer relations skills.Check and maintain stock levels and supplies plus receive and check the deliveries.Order stock from time to time and in line with store budget.Ensure that all business transactions are recorded, and banking is done.Make sure that the store is always secure and follows good workplace practices.Respond to customer inquiries.Health and safety rules & regulations for the store.Train new staff from time to time and do recruitment.Do in-house promotions.Deal with customer feedback and complaints.Do store merchandising.Ensure store and site are fit for purpose and arrange regular maintenance.Skills required :
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (supervisor or above) or a relevant level 4 diploma or above.Good communication & leadership skills.An ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations.A clean character with no criminal background.Able to work on weekends and public holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
