Technical Repair and Support Specialist - New Zealand (Wellington)

The Role

You will apply your previous experience to perform the following principal duties :

Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on Hyosung ATM modules, including Hyosung cash / coin recyclers and cash redemption terminals.

Complete repairs, testing, and configuration within the required timeframes.

Update / check software on specific modules prior to shelving or dispatch.

Create and complete service reports events in Salesforce.

Escalate unrepaired modules to internal teams or external third party vendors.

Escalate trends in faults related to defects or user errors.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of operational procedures.

Provide technical assistance and support to resolve Hyosung hardware and software issues.

About You

Certificate III or IV in Electronics and Communication, or engineering.

Experienced with Hyosung products with strong understanding of circuit boards, and diagnostic tools.

Experience with soldering, fault finding, and repairs.

Familiarity with Hyosung documentation, and mustimeters.

Ability to read and interpret Hyosung products technical schematics.
