About the Role

The Growth Marketing Specialist sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement, with a clear mandate : expand Revision Village’s reach to every IBDP learner and school globally. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role that blends commercial drive with creativity. You’ll design and run growth experiments across digital channels, optimise campaigns for impact, and help turn insights into initiatives that drive measurable adoption and revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow Revision Village’s D2C and B2B school marketing initiatives, driving measurable impact on adoption and revenue.
• Run data‑driven growth experiments across email, paid, and community channels to acquire, nurture, and convert leads.
• Design and execute full‑funnel campaigns that engage students directly and activate schools through events, webinars, scholarships, and conferences.
• Turn student, teacher, and school insights into actionable improvements for product, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Build scalable playbooks and repeatable processes to accelerate both D2C and B2B adoption globally.
• Leverage cutting‑edge AI tools to optimise campaigns, accelerate experimentation, and maximise ROI.
• Play a key role in delivering Revision Village’s FY26 growth targets, with direct impact on B2B partnerships and tutoring revenue.
