About the role
Lead the end-to-end delivery of H&S projects (first up HSMS)—scoping, planning, executing, and evaluating initiatives that align with business goals and legislative requirements.
Support wider team with other critical risk and contractor management work.
Develop plain-English policies, procedures, and communications that are easy to understand and apply across the business.
Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to embed new initiatives and support change management.
Use analytics to inform decision-making, support reporting, and contribute to executive and board-level papers.
Qualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. H&S, business, communications).
5+ years experience working in the health and safety space.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, able to engage and influence at different levels.
Experience pivoting to changing business needs and priorities.
Proven experience in project management and policy / procedure writing.
Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
It would be great if you have formal training or certification in project management, as well as experience in design thinking and strategy.
