A School in the Tiptree area is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. As an LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning needs, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide 1 : 1 and small group support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring the students are fully engaged in learning activities.
• Support students with their academic tasks, including reading, writing, and Mathematics.
• Encourage positive behaviour and provide emotional support when needed.
• Work closely with teachers to tailor learning strategies and activities that best suit individual student needs.
• Monitor the students' progress and assist with record-keeping of their academic and behavioural development.
• Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
• Inspire the students to reach their full potential.
