About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you’ll partner with senior leaders in the Building Services, Growth, Hush and Digital business unit to deliver people strategies that lift performance and engagement. This is a hands‑on business partnering role with genuine scope to influence and shape the strategic direction of an ambitious business.

You’ll work closely with an experienced and highly regarded senior leader who is known for growing strong people practitioners through clear expectations, coaching and support. This is a rare chance to learn from and contribute alongside a strategic leader who’s deeply invested in building capability across the function.

You’ll be joining an organisation in an exciting phase of evolution, backed by strong leadership commitment to people, a clear long‑term growth vision and a maturing P&C framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies that support business goals
• Coach and advise on workforce planning, organisational capability, talent, and performance
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture improvements across the group
• Lead or support change and integration activities as the organisation evolves
• Provide pragmatic employment relations support and advice
• Contribute to the development and embedding of P&C frameworks, systems, and processes
• Mentor and support a small team to strengthen operational foundations
