We’re now looking for a Clinical Lead to oversee and grow our Pain service in Wellington , playing a key role in shaping high-quality, person‑centred care across the region.

Job Description

As our Clinical Lead – Pain , you’ll combine hands‑on clinical work with strategic leadership in shaping service delivery, mentoring a high‑performing team, and driving best‑practice care for clients navigating complex pain journeys.

You’ll form part of the regional Senior Leadership Team, working alongside the Team Lead and Regional Manager to champion excellence, uphold our values, and foster a strong, positive team culture.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Service / Team Leads and Regional Managers for prompt service delivery
• Deliver memorable customer experience with your knack in providing solutions for rehabilitation services and products
• Managing a clinical caseload while ensuring high‑quality and integrated service delivery
• Build positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Manage your caseload whilst promoting efficient workflows
