Structural Steel Fabrication supervisor

Looking for a senior experienced leading hand (Supervisor) that can run the Welder Fabricators (Factory) and also work directly with the Rigger Supervisor to erect steel (Site) on time .

To do this you will be a certified welder / indentured boilermaker . It is imperative that the factory hits its production targets so site team can install. You will be in charge of these areas so it is seamless.

You will be physically fit, lead by example, train and grow the team to be exceptional. You will be task orientated and strategically focused.

You will be tasked with ensuring we meet all our HERA / SCNZ audit and compliance targets and certifications.

We only want the very best and to be that person you must have 15+ years experience in fabrication (and installation) in the structural steel industry.

You will have done it all, know best from average, a can do, make it happen attitude and work with staff and clients to get the best from them.

You will report directly to the owner . We don't want a clock watcher , demand a performer and reward exceptional output.
