We have an exciting, fixed term part-time opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager at Skin Institute starting January 2026 to cover while our amazing team member is off on parental leave. This is a part-time opportunity of 30–32 hours per week with flexibility on how these hours are scheduled for the week to suit your needs. Skin Institute is proudly NZ‑owned and operated provider that’s been improving the lives of Kiwis for nearly 30 years. With a strong vision to be NZ’s leading provider in skin, veins, and appearance medicine.

Step into a role where data meets creativity

We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager to jump in and lead our digital strategy in this fast‑paced, hands‑on role where your ideas will take flight, your spreadsheets will shine, and your creative thinking will actually be put to use.

If you live and breathe digital – from paid media and content calendars to HubSpot workflows and the occasional Canva masterpiece – this could be your dream gig.

About the Role

You’ll be the digital go‑to across our group of skin and health clinics, managing everything from national campaigns to clinic‑specific requests. It’s equal parts strategy, creativity, analytics, and action. Experience and ability to work autonomously and managing key stakeholder relationships is essential.

You’ll work closely with our tight‑knit Marketing team and a bunch of passionate people across the business. Think fast turnarounds, fun brainstorms, and the satisfaction of knowing your work makes a difference every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Jump into our socials – respond to DMs, monitor paid ads, and keep engagement strong
  • Build and refine HubSpot workflows and automations that make marketing magic happen
  • Keep SkinTracker acquisition campaigns humming
  • Dive into campaign data to spot trends, share insights, and recommend what’s next.
  • Monitor Shopify stock oddities and work with our clinics as required
  • Adjust digital activity based on clinic revenue and demand
  • Maintain our content calendar and ensure it’s SEO and AEO friendly across our blogs, socials, LinkedIn and EDMs
  • Launch national and clinic promos (ads, emails, screens, web copy – the works!)
  • Juggle budgets across Meta and Google Ads
  • Keep HubSpot clean, updated, and working like a dream
  • Pull together punchy performance reports for our Board and Leadership
  • Create our much‑loved internal newsletter
  • Design support, localised campaigns, website updates
  • Google Review management with care and escalation where needed
  • Collaborate on video content, SEO projects, photoshoots, and more
  • You’ll Be Using :
  • WordPress
  • HubSpot
  • Google Ads, Analytics & Search Console
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Shopify
  • SharePoint

About You

You’re a digital all‑rounder who knows how to balance strategy with getting things done. You’re comfortable with numbers, confident in your creative ideas, and excited to take ownership of your work.

You’re proactive, adaptable, and love bringing campaigns to life. Most of all, you’re ready to jump into a team where collaboration, impact and a few GIFs in the group chat are part of the job.

You’ll Bring :

  • 5–8+ years’ digital marketing experience (healthcare or multi‑site = bonus points!)
  • Solid skills in content, campaign delivery, analytics, and performance reporting
  • Hands‑on experience across HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta, Canva, WordPress and Shopify
  • A love of content and a nose for what performs
  • SEO know‑how and a curiosity for AEO (we’ll learn this new scope together)
  • Excellent time management, communication and stakeholder skills
  • The ability to thrive in a busy, purpose‑led environment
  • Why You’ll Love Working With Us

We’re a purpose‑driven group that genuinely cares – about our people, our patients, and the work we put out into the world. You’ll have the chance to run with your ideas, make meaningful contributions, and keep things moving while our permanent team member is on leave.

Oh – and we’re fun. Expect laughs, team banter, and plenty of “YES!” moments when your campaigns land just right.

    Our values :
