This role will provide clinical support and undertake training activities for products and services in the clinical environment, in line with sales and marketing strategies, to ensure business objectives are achieved. Maintain and develop relationships with customers.

What will you be doing?

• Provide exceptional clinical support to customers on products whilst maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
• Support surgical procedures in the hospital environment on a range of products on an ‘as required’ basis.
• Manage the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with the sales strategy.
• Enhance operating efficiencies including management of surgeon preferences and integration of warehouse and customer service initiatives.
• Ensure the appropriate execution of the shared calendar.
• Support the maintenance / development of customer profiles / preferences.
• Foster good teamwork, communication and execution across the state sales team.
