Your New Role

As an Ecolab Account Manager you will cultivate and nurture relationships with our well-established customer base. You will operate at the heart of the laundry, providing services, products and equipment to help customers operate safely, efficiently and in an environmentally conscious manner. This role provides the opportunity to apply technical skills in servicing and maintaining dosing equipment, providing guidance on wash processes, assessing wash results and collaborating with teams on the wash room floor to deliver our chemical programs. You will use technical problem-solving to resolve equipment issues and identify more efficient solutions. Responsibilities

• Service a small and established group of customer sites across Auckland & the Waikato region, providing support, technical advice and proactive recommendations as the expert on advanced laundry cleaning and sanitation
• Evaluate and optimize wash formulas and processes, connecting with the laundry team to present recommendations
• Conduct detailed audits of laundry systems, utilizing performance data to review dosing equipment and advanced chemistry
• Lead root-cause investigations when servicing and maintaining Ecolab’s equipment, as well as the transporting and pumping of Ecolab chemicals at customer sites
• Collaborate with a talented and passionate team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the division
• Drive growth within your accounts by identifying new opportunities, promoting innovation and optimizing processes to meet customers’ needs
