As the Head of Data Governance you'll be charged with leading the Data Governance Practice for the SkyCity Group. The role provides enterprise leadership and accountability for all aspects of Data Governance to ensure integrity across the data lifecycle and to uphold data ethic standards. This role is a critical position and requires strong leadership and practitioner knowledge of the Data Governance domain, including deep data analysis experience coupled with technology procedures and protocols so that the organisation's maturity across the Data Value spectrum grows significantly.

You'll have strong leadership experience from a large corporate where you’ve cut your teeth with making sense of complex technology environments and creating order and cohesion. You know the data and analytics industry like the back of your hand and have deep understanding of the data lifecycle from source systems, security and privacy, through to transformations, usage and retention to eventual purging.Working with regulators is your comfort zone, as is navigating large programmes of work that have multiple interdependencies across the enterprise.
