We're On The Lookout For a Programme Manager To Join Our Team On An 18-month Fixed Term Contract, Supporting Our Exciting Digital Transformation Programme.Is this your next role?
As Programme Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of our digital transformation programme.
Your focus will be on achieving key business and customer outcomes, including the successful implementation of origination, servicing, and AI-enabled squads, with Reverse Mortgage as the initial delivery priority.
You will drive governance, manage risks, and coordinate across business, technology, and vendor partners to deliver results.Does this sound like you?
You are an experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex digital transformation or core banking programmes.
You are a strong leader, highly organised, and skilled at building relationships with stakeholders to ensure everything stays on track.Requirements / Candidate ProfileSignificant programme or senior project management experience, with at least five years in financial services or regulated environmentsStrong background in governance, planning, financial management, and risk controlDemonstrated ability to lead multiple delivery squads or workstreams at onceExperience working with vendors and large-scale technology platforms such as Pega, Oracle, Salesforce, or GenesysExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levelFamiliarity with Agile delivery methods, and the ability to manage hybrid delivery models (Agile and waterfall governance)A solid understanding of customer engagement, lending, and servicing operations is desirableAbout UsHeartland is an NZX / ASX-listed financial services group with big growth plans.
