About the Role

South Auckland Showhomes - Karaka & Ramarama

Option to be an independent contractor or employed as a Sales Consultant . As a Contractor you’ll enjoy the freedom to manage your schedule and work at your own pace, offering the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life while maximising your earnings potential—you are truly rewarded for your efforts.

You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating leads, and assisting clients through sales, ensuring they have an exceptional experience building their dream homes. With access to a warm database and a variety of house and land packages to list and sell, you'll have plenty of opportunities to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth by actively managing and expanding client relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process, right through to handover.
• Generate new leads and create strong referral networks.
• Host and promote show homes and respond to Generation NZ wide sales and promotional campaigns.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the Generation Home brand.
• Work closely with clients to manage and prepare concept designs and ensure accurate specifications.
• Contribute to the construction design and contract design process.
