A well‑established financial advice firm dedicated to helping clients achieve financial confidence and success is hiring a new adviser for the team. The team provides expert KiwiSaver, insurance and investment advice and is ready to expand its insurance offering with the right leader at the helm.

This is an exciting senior‑level opportunity for an experienced Insurance Adviser ready to step up into a Director role and take ownership of the insurance division.

You’ll uncover new opportunities through the existing KiwiSaver client base, providing them with tailored risk advice and building long‑term relationships that naturally lead to new insurance solutions.

You’ll also play a key strategic role in shaping the insurance arm of the business — developing processes, systems and best practices as they grow. Over time, the business will invest in your professional development so you can expand into the investment and holistic advice space.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Uncover and convert new insurance opportunities through the existing KiwiSaver client base.
• Provide personalised insurance advice across life, health, income protection and business cover.
• Lead and develop the insurance division, including process improvement and compliance management.
• Collaborate with the directors to align insurance strategy with the wider business vision.
• Over time, expand your skill set to deliver holistic advice across KiwiSaver, insurance and investments.
