As Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead, you'll act as the main liaison between Network Control, KiwiRail teams, and external partners.
You'll coordinate and communicate all on-the-day infrastructure delivery, ensuring planned works and incident responses are safe, timely, and aligned with performance targets.
This role operates on a 24 / 7 rotating shift, managing real-time challenges, escalating issues where needed, and chairing key performance and operational meetings.
