As Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead, you'll act as the main liaison between Network Control, KiwiRail teams, and external partners.

You'll coordinate and communicate all on-the-day infrastructure delivery, ensuring planned works and incident responses are safe, timely, and aligned with performance targets.

This role operates on a 24 / 7 rotating shift, managing real-time challenges, escalating issues where needed, and chairing key performance and operational meetings.

Your leadership and coordination will ensure infrastructure supports reliable train services across Auckland.Nga pukenga e rapu nei matou | What you will bring : We're looking for someone with strong communication and coordination skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Ideally, you'll have :

  • Experience in transport, infrastructure, or service delivery environments
  • Proven ability to manage and analyse operational performance
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Auckland rail network and its infrastructure
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound operational decisions
  • Proficiency with tools such as ARIS, SAP, and asset databases
  • A Rail Medical Category 2 standard (or ability to obtain it)Desirable qualifications :
  • Rail technical knowledge
  • Tertiary qualification or trade background in engineering
  • Experience with process mapping and change management
