We are seeking a Bid Writer to join our high-performing team, based at our head office in Auckland, or one of our principal regional offices. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to embrace a unique and exciting opportunity to apply their skills, explore innovative approaches, and further develop their expertise. With a significant pipeline of large-scale construction projects in 2025, this position offers significant exposure to varied and challenging projects, with opportunities to lead and influence outcomes at the highest level.

The Role

In this pivotal role, you will :

• Develop and lead bid strategies, plans, and programmes for a diverse portfolio of opportunities ranging from $5M+ to $100M+.
• Collaborate with a wide array of business units, subject matter experts, and senior professionals to craft compelling, tailored, and winning submission content.
• Take ownership of compliant, structured, and impactful proposals that align with client and project requirements.
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement and innovation of our systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
• Serve as a key contributor to the company's strategic growth, driving competitive advantages through high-quality submissions.
