About the Role
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You'll Do
Financial Management :
Responsible for administration of procurement and closing invoices
Supports and provides FM / AFM financial data for month end close
Vendor Management :
Supports the AFM / FM by ensuring JHA / THA submission
Supports solicitation of bids and proposals for soft services
Facilitate vendor orientation
Submits DCATs and escorts vendors / visitors as needed
Work Order Program :
Monitoring of workflow and completion targets (end to end)
Procurement / Program Activities :
Manages ordering and inventory for Beverage program
Maintains office and miscellaneous supplies for the sites
Supports the copier operations program
Continuously drive positive safety culture
Employee engagement (WOW awards, safety hero, applause)
What You'll Need
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills.
Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
