About the opportunity
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Services Consulting team as a Principal Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant. In this role, you’ll be working with our enterprise clients to implement Dayforce HCM — focusing on time, attendance, scheduling, and labor rules that directly impact how organizations manage their people.
This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a challenging, fast-paced consulting position where you'll be empowered to solve real business problems, work directly with clients, and translate complex requirements into smart, scalable solutions using technology. If you’re adaptable, curious, and excited to grow into a client-facing, systems-focused role — we want to hear from you.
The Principal Service Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of the Dayforce HCM solution to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to project team members in the execution of project activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support).
The Principal Service Consultant works closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. Project responsibilities include facilitation of customer requirements gathering, design of the Dayforce solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance and design / configuration oversight to other project resources, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.
