In this role, you will be supporting four women (Briar, Nicole, Shelly, and Ali) in their 20s and 30s, each with unique interests.Briar has a passion for creativity, from making jewellery with beads to arts and crafts, or listening to music and dancing.Nicole is outgoing and loves outdoor activities, including cricket, biking, horse riding, and skiing.Shelly adores animals, especially her toy lion Simba, and enjoys watching The Lion King.

She is also a big fan of plane spotting, watching movies, and listening to live music.Ali loves collecting DVDs and watching movies.

She shares similar interests with her flatmates, such as dancing and arts and crafts, and especially enjoys colouring in.You will be energetic, empathetic and able to work alongside this person focusing on creating a life of rich and diverse experiences while being able to read situations, problem solve and apply boundaries or offer space.Daily tasks include supporting with daily routines while encouraging independence to develop skills and personal growth.

You will have the confidence to support personal cares, cooking, medication administration, and household tasks.

You will be passionate about supporting and extending people's ability to access and be part of their wider community.
