The Role
We are looking for one vibrant and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about connecting with the community and fostering a love of learning through the support of our physical and digital library collections.
As the first point of contact for members of our libraries, you will play an essential role in the delivery of our awesome services.
You will be an excellent communicator with a can-do attitude and thrive when delivering exceptional frontline customer service.
When it comes to all things tech, you will have it covered.
An ideal candidate will have relevant experience working within a library or similar customer-focused environment.
If you enjoy helping people as much as you enjoy reading and talking about books, this is the perfect role for you!
This is a permanent part-time position based at the Geraldine Library & Service Centre, comprising 7 hours per week : 3.5 hours on Saturday mornings and 3.5 hours during the week (to be negotiated).
