Job description

OverviewReporting to the South Island Manager we require someone to support our small Christchurch based Distribution team with varied administration and sales-related tasks.

You must be a problem solver who is proactive, can multitask and be confident with IT and XL.No 2 days are the same, we work closely with clients from both within and outside of our company.

This is a hands-on role so flexibility is a must and can work under pressure at times while maintaining a sense of humour.Responsibilities- Provide varied administrative support to the Christchurch Distribution team.

  • Assist with sales-related tasks and customer interactions.
  • Use IT tools confidently and manage data efficiently.
  • Proactively solve problems, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude when under pressure.Qualifications- Proficiency with IT tools and Excel (XL).
  • Strong problem solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Experience in administration and / or sales is desirable.
  • Customer service experience is advantageous.
