Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high‑quality clinical recommendations grounded in evidence‑based practice.
• Communicate assessment findings and advice to facility staff (registered nurses and caregivers).
• Input into resident care plans in collaboration with the in‑centre team.
• Utilise technology, including Microsoft Teams and electronic resident management systems.
• Deliver coaching to care team members to ensure high quality management of resident care.
