About the opportunity :

As an Area Sales Manager you will be charged with the development and execution of a regional plan which targets and converts strategic users and enhances brand awareness in a given territory. You will be a team player that works closely with the distributors across your region, ensuring maximum exposure while building successful relationships. Your primary outcome is to effectively sell and present the Milwaukee advantage to our distribution network.

Key Duties :

  • Implementation of the company's channel strategy across the allocated distribution network.
  • Sales Growth within your designated customer base and territory.
  • Profitability within your designated customer base and territory.
  • Sales mix for all segments within your designated customer base and territory.
  • Communicate effectively to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relations.
  • Undertake activities with customers and distributors at trade shows, demonstrations and product launches.

Skills and experience required :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mid-level proficiency with MS Office programs
  • Sales / Account management experience
  • Capacity to work independently
  • Passion, drive and has a competitive spirit
  • Professionalism
  • Industry knowledge and experience (desirable)
