CARTERS National Support Office in East Tamaki are seeking a Pricing and Estimating Coordinator to join their team. You'll provide competitive prices and accurate estimates on building materials and products for our trade customers, ensuring our customers are fully prepared for construction while delivering exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
- Guarantee timely and precise handling of quotations and pricing arrangements, including the submission of schedules for outsourced items to be priced.
- Strong skillset in organization, prioritisation, time management and attention to detail.
- Minimize quantity surveying expenses through collaboration and coordination with manufacturing and internal sales teams.
- Collaborate with and cultivate relationships with local representatives from our preferred suppliers.
About you
You excel in analytical thinking and feel confident working with numbers and data (you may come from a financial background).Strong data entry and maintenance skills being a requirement.Demonstrate exceptional efficiency and accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.Great communicationskills and being able to build rapport with our valued trade customers.Experience with pricing systems is a must.MS Excel experience is a requirement.Collaborative individual committed to working within a team environment.Building industry knowledgeis advantageous.Advantages of Advancing Your Career with Carters
