We have several branches at Wellington Airport and a branch in Wellington CBD.

This is a Full-time opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an FX Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities

Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services : sale and purchase of currency

Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures

Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales

Participation in sales activities and marketing projects

Qualifications

You thrive in active customer meetings and constantly want to exceed the customer's expectations

You are driven and solution-oriented, passionate about sales, and capable of managing different customer profiles toward set goals

You are results-driven and service-oriented, aiming to deliver the best possible service for profitability

You are flexible and can work in several branches if necessary

You are responsible with attention to detail, completing tasks accurately and on time

You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others

You have some computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office

You have customer service experience or current work in sales activities

You are fluent in English; fluency in other languages is advantageous

Hours

Full-time hours each week including weekends across various shift patterns, with consideration to seasonal changes.
