Job description

Admin & Accounts Executive / Admin & Operations Executive

Handle full set of accounting functions such as invoice billings, receipts, data‑entry, payment of suppliers’ invoices and other ad‑hoc expenses.

Manage monthly and annual closing for multiple corporate entities.

Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system.

Record transactions and events relating to accruals, pre‑payments, capital structures and finance costs.

Enter accurate data into the accounting system.

Accounts reconciliation and identify discrepancies.

Update and liaise with 3rd party pertaining to payment.

Handle monthly intercompany billings and process staff claims.

Handle GST preparation for quarterly submission, statutory tax and audit.

Maintain digital and physical financial records.

Assist in day‑to‑day accounting and administrative functions.

Other ad‑hoc assignments.

Requirements :

  • Relevant work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Executive.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Hands‑on experience with MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Experience in a chain outlet environment is a plus.
  • Min. 2 years of experience.

Admin & Operations Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Provide operational and technical support to outlets and office.
  • Picking and packing of beauty products and arranging delivery.
  • Maintains inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Documentation and adhering to local regulators requirements and standards.
  • Administration for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Analyse data trend and report generation for department head.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties assigned.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma and above.
  • Bilingual – English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and high level of teamwork are essential.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Able to work under tight schedule and independently.
