The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Heat Pump Installer to join our Waikato field team, working alongside an electrician across schools throughout the Waikato. This is a hands-on, field-based role with plenty of variety, so reliability is essential - you must be able to start each week on site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and service heat pumps in schools
• Assist and support the electrician as part of a small, dynamic team
• Travel between multiple school sites across the Waikato each week
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain professional interactions with school staff
• Complete minor maintenance and repair projects as needed

About You :

• Proven experience installing heat pumps or similar HVAC systems
• Hands-on, proactive, and reliable
• Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Full, clean NZ driver's license (manual).
• Professional, polite, and able to represent the company positively at all times
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Ability to pass a criminal history check
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
