Independent Board Director – Dairy Research Hub

A dairy research organization in Invercargill is looking for an independent Director with proven governance experience and familiarity with agribusiness. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight for operations, support management in value-adding projects, and ensure compliance with good governance principles. Strong connections within the southern farming community and an understanding of agricultural technologies are beneficial. This is a remunerated appointment with a three-year term, meeting monthly alternating between on-site and video conferencing.
