Customer Support Representative – Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ)

About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues. Your role is essential to ensure a positive experience for all members.

About You

We are looking for skillful communicators who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates are :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Can‑do attitude with a focus on problem‑solving and delighting customers
• Flexible to work full‑time evening shifts (Mon‑Fri)
• Holders of full working rights in New Zealand
• Open to a career in a close‑knit, fun‑working environment

Salary & Hours

Base pay : $66,531 per annum (incl. Kiwi Saver).

Hours : 11.30am‑8.00pm and 12.30pm‑9.00pm, Monday–Friday (full‑time).
