We’re looking for an Intermediate Advisor to join our Wellington team, someone with around 5 years of experience , or a high-potential early career professional with 1–2 years post-degree, who enjoys solving practical problems, writing clearly and professionally for clients, and contributing to real projects from day one.

What the role looks like :

You’ll work alongside experienced consultants to support and deliver advisory projects across areas such as :

• Asset and facilities strategy
• Whole-of-life planning and lifecycle costing
• FM in design and operational readiness
• Procurement and contract documentation
• Sustainability and embodied carbon assessments
• Data analysis and insight development for client reports
• Developing practical recommendations and contributing to client presentations

You’ll have room to grow, with increasing responsibility over time across report ownership, client‑facing delivery, and specialist advisory capabilities.
