Due to growing business demand, LivSpace is expanding its operation in the Lower North Island region leveraging CARTERS' extensive customer network of developers, independent builders and Group Home customers. This exciting move marks a significant step in LivSpace and CARTERS becoming a one-stop destination for end-to-end interiors offering (flooring and kitchens) and construction solutions.

To spearhead this new integrated offering, we're looking for a Mobile Flooring Sales Representative / Project Manager to drive sales in the New Plymouth, Whanganui and the Levin area. You will collaborate with CARTERS' Account Managers in the field who have established relationships and connections across our branch network in those regions.

As the Mobile Flooring Sales Representative / Project Manager you will aim to deliver high-quality hard and soft flooring solutions for our trade customers.

You will divide your time between meeting customers onsite or in their homes. You will take customers through the end-to-end sales processes from presenting samples, measuring, quantifying, quoting, managing installations and after sales support.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in flooring sales & project management in flooring installation, established connections with installers and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

The key functions for this role includes :

• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences tailored to their flooring needs
• Helping customers to select materials and finishes that are appropriate for the application and client preferences
• Measuring, quantifying and pricing
• Working with Account Managers to convert consultations into sales
• Delivering an outstanding client experience, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the consultation, quoting and install process
