Design and Engineering Practitioners PI Underwriting Manager

What you’ll do :

• Deliver, and continually improve, the DEP product strategies (including but not limited to, target markets / key brokers, product differentiation, appetite, UW execution strategy, risk engineering, technology, etc)
• Define and execute a cohesive underwriting plan and value proposition for intermediaries, aligned with the overall product strategy
• Execute on the go-to-market proposition and distribution strategy for DEP focusing on partners with the highest growth potential
• Work closely with Vero Specialty Lines (VSL) and the broader team to ensure strategic alignment across underwriting, distribution, and product management
• Provide expertise into the technology build in collaboration with the technology team and external vendors, ensuring the infrastructure supports product growth, market fit and scalability.
