Job description

Step into a leadership role where every day is an opportunity to create remarkable experiences. As Venue Manager at our Auckland venue, you'll oversee venue operations from managing corporate events, facilities, catering, recruitment, and technology.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution, leading a dedicated team, and driving business success through operational excellence. If you have a background in restaurant, banqueting, food & beverage or conference management, or are looking into similar roles, then this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Auckland venue, ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Leading and mentoring the passionate Auckland events team.
  • Overseeing budget management to optimise financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Driving business success through strategic sales and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, events, or a similar industry.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
