Roving Clinical Manager : Lead, Support, and Make a Nationwide Impact!

With 40 care homes and 36 retirement villages across Bupa NZ, you can make a true impact.

This is a full time, permanent position based in Christchurch , where you will travel the country nationwide for various lengths of time at a particular site .

You’ll often be away at one of our sites for weeks or months at a time, typically returning home late Friday and flying back Sunday evening or Monday morning.

You’ll be supporting care homes during times of change, transition, or complex challenges, so we’re seeking seasoned Clinical Managers with proven aged care experience who can hit the ground running. If you thrive on variety, adaptability, and making a real difference at scale, this traveling leadership role offers the chance to inspire, stabilise, and support teams nationwide.
