Heavy diesel mechanic

We are involved in a variety of disciplines, including Earthworks, Civil, Site Works, Utilities, Three Waters, Rural and other specialist trades. We are a busy heavy diesel workshop based in Leeston looking for a superstar mechanic to join our team.

Working alongside our talented mechanics and engineers, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs, services and maintenance on heavy diesel vehicles, machinery and earthmoving plant. We have a great team culture and are looking for someone with a positive outlook who would like to be part of a professional, personal, family friendly environment. To be successful :

• Min 5 years’ experience, preferably within the transport industry but not essential
• Appropriate licences for heavy trucks, construction equipment and forklift
• Physically fit and healthy
• Strong work ethic and a focus on quality and attention to detail
• Health, Safety and Environment focused
