On Call to support the team over ChristmasAs the face of NZ Post out in the community, deliver mail and parcels and process / sort mail from the Ellerslie branch, then go out on your delivery route using sustainable e-vehicles (Paxters and eBikes) rain, hail or shineBe the responsible delivery agent who connects with customers and supports the team to deliver for New ZealandAvailability to work on call between Monday - Saturday (0700 to 1625) as requiredA minimum of a clean restricted NZ driver's license (compulsory)Be ready for a physically demanding roleHave a high level of numeracy and literacy to sort addressing informationEnsure your own and your colleagues' health and safetyGoing the extra mile to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionHave a passion for doing a great job and getting it right, each and every timeRequirements / QualificationsThe ability to work on call between Monday - Saturday (0700 to 1625) as requiredA minimum of a clean restricted NZ driver's license (compulsory)Physical readiness for a demanding roleStrong numeracy and literacy to manage addressing informationCommitment to health and safety of self and colleaguesCustomer-focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mileAdditional InformationAll applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in New Zealand.
