Resync Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in leading small teams and exceptional communication skills to work on projects within a government agency.

You will oversee end-to-end testing processes, manage a small, high-performing QA team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of robust, compliant solutions.

Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences will drive project success in a dynamic public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a small QA team (3–5 members) in planning, executing, and reporting on testing activities for government systems.

Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks to ensure quality and compliance with agency standards.

Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to government stakeholders, developers, and project managers.

Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Required Skills :

5+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in a Test Lead or similar leadership role.

Proven ability to lead small teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and methodologies (agile, waterfall).
