Discipline Master (Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and address daily disciplinary and security matters within the institution.
• Collaborate with school stakeholders to evaluate and enhance discipline-related policies and programmes.
• Compile and analyze disciplinary data, presenting insights and trends to the school management.
• Support crisis management planning and execution in coordination with the school.
• Handle administrative tasks related to discipline and student welfare.
• Engage with students to promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding students, especially those requiring behavioral support.
• Participate in investigations related to student conduct and provide detailed reports.
• Maintain accurate case management records for students involved in disciplinary matters.
• Uphold school values and contribute to a positive campus culture.
