About the role :
Are you ready to lead and inspire a high-performing team in a dynamic lending environment? To support the successful delivery of our Lending Strategy, we have created two new Lending leadership positions.
We’re seeking an Analyst Team Leader to drive operational excellence, deliver on lending targets, and champion continuous improvement.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our future-fit, people-focused ways of working, collaborating closely with the National Strategic Partnership Manager to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.
What you'll be doing :
Lead, coach, and develop our team of Loans Analysts who collaborate with our relationship team to assess and complete lending applications
Manage the lending pipeline, using data and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and support the customer value proposition
Design and deliver capability-based training in partnership with People & Culture, ensuring the team’s skills meet current and future needs
Champion continuous improvement and actively participate in cross-functional projects
Maintain high standards of customer service and professional relationships
What we’re looking for :
Relevant tertiary qualification and / or property finance qualification (advantageous)
Proven operational leadership capability and a track record of performance delivery
Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills
Ability to understand complex information, exercise sound judgment, and make effective decisions
Previous experience in a similar role within property lending
Experience in fast-paced environments and developing others
Strong commitment to personal and team growth, innovation, and embracing change
