As a front of house Service Attendant, you'll be the face of all things Food & Beverage.

From serving meals, working the bars, maintaining the alpine ambiance, and handling guest questions with finesse - say goodbye to mundane and hello to mountain magic!

About the role

Assisting in the preparation, display, and service of food on a daily basis

Processing orders as per guest requirements - table & bar service in some outlets

Managing the operation of the POS, and balancing takings at the end of each shift

Bussing tables, restocking display cabinets, and maintaining rubbish areas

Assisting guests with any requirements they may have

Assisting in other areas of the cafe including the kitchen as required

About You

Ability to make multitasking appear effortless

High level of personal presentation and hygiene

Experience in frontline customer service and a passion for exceeding guest expectations

Holders of LCQ have the opportunity to become a Duty Manager

Willingness and flexibility to assist other areas of the cafe and other ski area outlets as required
