Store Manager DutiesDaily Operations

• Open and close the store following SOPs
• Ensure all stations are clean, stocked, and ready for service
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation
• Maintain store hygiene standards as per council regulations
• Oversee food safety compliance (temperatures, storage, labelling)
• Ensure correct cash handling, daily takings, and banking
• Manage staff breaks to ensure smooth service flow

Team Management

Lead staff briefing before shifts

Train new staff on procedures, customer service, and food handling

Monitor staff performance and address issues promptly

Create and adjust weekly roster

Maintain good communication with HQ and owners

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer experience

Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally

Monitor upselling and customer engagement standards

Ensure staff are confident and clear when explaining sauces / menu items

Stock & Inventory

Conduct daily stock checks and weekly stock counts

Manage ordering and delivery checks

Reduce wastage and monitor usage

Ensure proper FIFO (First In First Out) system

Compliance & Safety

Maintain all council, health & safety, and food-grade requirements

Ensure staff follow hygiene protocols (handwashing, gloves, grooming)

Keep incident reports and maintenance logs updated

Additional : Must handle frying, Till and garnishing
