Bar Staff

The RoleWe are looking to hire a part-time senior bartender for our busy restaurant in Christchurch.

This is an evening role we open at 5 or 6pm and go through till approximately 11pm.Your main responsibilitiesGreeting (and charming!) customers.Making, serving and selling cocktails, coffees, shots, bottled, mixed drinks and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.Setting up the bar for busy periods and completing the opening / closing systems including cleaning and maintaining bar service areas.Promoting products and upselling.Washing glassware, arranging bottles and glasses as well as tapping kegs and attaching supply lines.Handling customer payments.Assisting the sales manager as required.In return for your dedication and commitment, we offerCompetitive pay and transparency in how to move up, fast!
